Our split-mould injection process ensures a highly rigid shell and allows us to create an ergonomic “negative draft” shape that conforms to the natural curves of the head, protecting the forehead and base of the cranium. Ventilation and drainage are provided by our signature Predator Three Ellipse® vent holes. The shell is made of high impact Ralvek® thermoplastic for increased stiffness and protection.

The Six is the ultimate in lightweight, comfortable, and durable head protection for the most demanding adventures. The Six’s superior impact protection is achieved using a carbon fiber reinforced fiberglass shell and expanded polystyrene impact liner. The clean design lines and snag-free outer surface deliver total protection of all key areas while maintaining excellent visibility and reduced weight. Other Six features include a detachable composite fiber visor with flow-through holes, padded chinguard, top quality chinstrap webbing, contoured chinstrap buckle, stainless steel chinstrap rivets and a fit pad kit. Predator Full Cut with Hardnose

Get the combination of our Predator Full Cut helmet and the Predator Hardnose faceguard factory installed and ready to go. The Hardnose is manufactured from 1/4 inch (6mm) 316 grade stainless steel hydraulic tubing, the Hardnose provides excellent full-face coverage without compromising the user’s field of vision. All joints are super-tough Tungsten Inert Gas welds for superior strength. The Hardnose is attached with stainless steel mounting hardware. The Hardnose also has the added benefit of increasing the overall stiffness of a helmet shell. Light, tough, unobtrusive and much cheaper than dental surgery, the Full Cut with Hardnose is one smart piece of gear, which pays for itself on the first hit.
